Zippered pouch/wallet with red, pink, and purple tatreez embroidery, handmade by Palestinian artists in Jordan. The bag features a cute zipper-pull with beads and a tassel. The backside and interior are both lined with plain purple fabric.
This small clutch bag features a classic tatreez embroidery motif, the star moon, which can be found in embroidery pieces all across Palestine.
Note the top has missing stitches - leaving a visible "mistake" in a tatreez piece is an old tradition that is supposed to protect the wearer from envy. We intentionally kept this to highlight the artist's touch.
